What is required for me to make a booking?
We require a minimum deposit of £100 to secure your booking - subject to availability. We hold your booking only for 7 days to reserve your hire.
Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?
Yes! Our Booth Managers are highly trained in the art of modern photo-booths. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your time, set up and break down the photo booth, assist your guests with printing, emailing photos and GIF videos. Our Booth Managers ensure everyone has memorable experience at your event.
How much space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?

We require a minimum 8 ft x 8ft area, a minimum height of 8ft” for the backdrop.

A power outlet should be within 5 metres,.

We will require a venue-provided table for props.

Outdoor events, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. Ground must be level.
Can I customise the props and backdrops for my digital photo booth?
Yes! we offer a comprehensive service including props to cater for your events, backdrops selection, and photo templates. You can create a bespoke experience that matches your event’s theme and style. - Capture Your Story.
What size are your photo prints?
Our photo booth is capable of fantastic photo quality and prints out 6″x 4″ photos.
Do guests get digital copies?
Yes! Every event includes an online gallery with downloadable images. Guests will have access to our Password Protected online gallery system where they can download their images for FREE.
Do you encourage social sharing?
Absolutely!! — QR codes and branded overlays make sharing easy. Our Booth Managers also manage Content Creation at your event, tag, share, like comment. See our social media for examples.
Is travel included?
Yes, travel across West Yorkshire is included in all packages.
Do you offer idle hours?
Yes! Idle hours are charged at £50 per hour.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! it is a legal requirement for us to carry Public Liability Insurance – we hold a certificate upto £10m. Our equipment is also PAT tested for electrical safety. Both certificates are available upon request.
